LHH is partnering with a client in the Overland Park, KS area to fill their Benefits Analyst role.
The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to employees regarding their benefits. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management. Also, this individual MUST have previous knowledge/experience with CANADIAN Benefits. Our ideal candidate would have at least 3+ years of previous experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (fully onsite)
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year

The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to employees regarding their benefits. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate existing benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Conduct market research to compare benefits packages and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits.
- Assist in the administration of benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits options and inquiries.
- Prepare and present reports on benefits utilization and costs to management.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage benefits budgets and forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related role.
- MUST HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE WITH CANADIAN BENEFITS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
