Description

The Waldinger Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Analyst to join the team! This role will assist our Fleet Department with facilitating vehicle registration and procurement as well as maintaining various databases and accounts. Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, strong eye for detail, and have a history of excellence in data maintenance!   Responsibilities:
  •  Maintains accurate records for fleet vehicles, including registration, licensing, maintenance, and/or fuel consumption. Schedules and coordinates routine maintenance and inspections to ensure fleet reliability and compliance. Coordinates the disposal of old or surplus vehicles, including sales and trade-ins. Tracks vehicle utilization and recommends adjustments to optimize usage.
  • Monitors fleet performance metrics and analyzes data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepares detailed reports on fleet costs, including fuel, maintenance, and/or repair expenses. Provides actionable insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinates with vendors and service providers for vehicle telematics, maintenance, repairs, and/or procurement. Communicates with drivers and other stakeholders to address operational issues. Assists with budgeting and forecasting for fleet operations.
  • Utilizes fleet management software to track vehicle locations, monitor performance, and generate reports. Implements and supports telematics and GPS tracking systems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  Requirements:
  • Bacherlor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
