Job Requirements Certs REQ: BLS and IL OT state license Special Requirements: Pediatric Outpatient, Autism, Handwriting, Learning Disability, Visual Perceptual Skills Testing/Treatment, Patient/Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Telephone calls, Adaptive Equipment Assessment (Pediatric), Cognitive Assessment, and EPIC charting experience required. Schedule Information Guaranteed Hours: If confirmed to 3x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 36 hours/ week. If confirmed to 4x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 48 hours/ week. If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours/week.
