Guaranteed Hours: If confirmed to 3x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 36 hours/ week. If confirmed to 4x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 48 hours/ week. If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours/week. Please note: SSM may cancel (call-off) the following per 4-week period: Up to 8 hours for Candidates confirmed to 8-hour shifts. Up to 10 hours for Candidates confirmed to 10-hour shifts.
