Scion Nonprofit Staffing is excited to announce an opportunity for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our client's highly regarded organization in North Carolina. This is a full-time, remote, 6 month contract with benefits!
Responsibilities:
-Oversee full-cycle AP processes, including invoice receipt, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
-Manage a high volume of monthly invoices (45-90), including complex invoices with multiple line items.
-Ensure timely and accurate credit card and bank reconciliations.
-Maintain and process vendor contracts through their life cycle, utilizing DocuSign for approvals.
-Coordinate with budget owners and approvers to ensure contracts and payments follow the appropriate workflows.
- Utilize financial tools such as Bill.com, Expensify, and Sage Intacct (or similar ERP systems like NetSuite, Workday, or SAP) for invoice and payment management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incomplete or delayed approvals and follow up to ensure smooth operations.
- Continuously review and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Serve as a point of contact for financial inquiries related to accounts payable and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
-Experience with Bill.com, Expensify/Concur
-AP experience
-5+ years of experience
Compensation:Â
This position offers a pay rate of $50-$54/hour plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and voluntary life insurance, an employee assistance plan (EAP), an employee retirement plan, and more!
