Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR/Safety Generalist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees while supporting various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both human resources and safety management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
Provide safety training and education to employees.
Investigate and report on workplace accidents and incidents.
Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Safety Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR and safety roles.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
