Financial Customer Service Specialist Job at TEKsystems in Owings Mills

Job Description:

• Reviews and processes transaction requests and authorizations, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Tracks client inquiry responses to develop guides for resolving recurring issues swiftly.
• Performs assigned duties to enhance business processes, client transaction timing and quality, and support levels.
• Learns and understands business processes and service requirements.
• Communicates with clients verbally or in writing.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of call center and/or relevant financial experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. math/reading skills, and other computer programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compliance required post-offer:

• Must be willing to submit to a standard bg check & fingerprinting bg
• Must be willing to submit to a credit check
• Must be willing to submit to drug test

Schedule: M-F 8am-4:45pm, occasional Sunday overtime (4 hours)

Start Date: February 3rd

Location: Owing Mills, MD 21117 - 100% onsite

Contract Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire (long-term)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50
