Summary: The Preventative Maintenance Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the organization's preventative maintenance sales operations. This position involves managing and coordinating all aspects of preventative maintenance sales activities, including tracking, organizing, and presenting proposals for preventative maintenance contracts and repairs. The role requires strong communication, organization, and sales skills to maintain and grow customer relationships while achieving revenue goals.

Salary Range: $25-$35 per hour (DOE), FLSA non-exempt (OT eligible).

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the preventative maintenance renewal process, ensuring clear communication and proactive follow-ups.

Assist in updating processes and procedures, spreadsheets, and proposal documents. Along with updating estimation standards within CRM+.

Manage and maintain PMA renewals, tracking status, and providing regular updates to customers and management.

Building and tracking reports within the CRM and BuildOps for reporting to management

Assist the sales team with data entry and proposal writing.

Assist the interaction between marketing, and sales teams with ZoomInfo.

Manage and maintain a pipeline in the CRM of pending proposals, tracking status, and providing regular updates to customers and management.

Adhere to established policies and procedures, contributing insights to enhance and improve processes related to preventative maintenance sales.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiency opportunities and fostering a culture of safety and compliance.

Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals and objectives.

Relationships:

Maintain and foster proactive and positive relationships with customers, within the JH Kelly team, management, crafts, and all project teams.

Experience / Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Preferred: AA degree or certificate in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales coordination or a related role.

Necessary Skills:

Strong commitment to customer service excellence.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel), including building spreadsheets, with advanced formulas, and graphic interfaces.

Power Bi

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in sales and maintenance management software tools.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal team members.

Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing estimates and proposals.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Physical Requirements:

This office-based position requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer. The role involves frequent use of standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, and printers. Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching may be necessary. Candidates must have the ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and using a mouse. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are required to handle office supplies and equipment weighing up to 20 pounds. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
