Summary : Manage and optimize cloud resources, virtual machines, and networks, with a strong focus on IaaS, server administration, and storage solutions. Design and implement backup strategies, cloud migration plans, and ensure system health using monitoring tools. Required Qualifications 7-10 years relevant experience in infrastructure engineering and support. 3-5 years of experience with cloud infrastructure design and support Available for off hours support of changes and break-fix duties

Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert is highly desired. Major plus would be experience with Administration in an M365 environment & Teams Voice Experience with VMware and Veeam preferred

Duties & Responsibilities Manages host environment to ensure proper tuning and sufficient capacity. Configure servers and ensure optimization of network, servers, applications, and databases. Assess software and hardware for update requirements and implements when necessary. Provides 2nd level support to Helpdesk on complex issues. Identifies and implements the most effective cloud-based solutions. Creates roadmaps to meet goals for prototypes and infrastructure requirements. Ensure maintenance tasks on infrastructure are performed. Assesses and improves software deployment process. Executes project implementation plans. Creates and tests recovery strategies. Collaborate closely with other technical team members (network, security, endpoints). Performs all other duties as assigned. Mange on Premise and cloud-based platforms. Champion the adaptation of Cloud technologies within the application teams and business. Design and implement new cloud-based solutions based on best practices and group feedback to meet application needs for performance, function, security, and reliability.
