DUTIES: Guide team of system administrators to implement new and enhance existing HR Technology Systems. Oversee stakeholders and process owners to achieve expected outcomes. Administrating, configurating and ongoing maintenance of various modules within our HRIS cloud systems as assigned. Oversee end to end company-wide Human Resource Technology projects and systems, with ability to interpret business needs and evaluate, enhance and build tools to automate scalable processes. Understanding existing integrations and making modifications on the creation of new integrations as needs arise. Providing day-to-day system production support, including resolution of all system related issues. Conducting and coordinating testing for system enhancements and system changes due to new or changing business requirements, as well as software upgrades and releases. Developing, documenting, and maintaining system admin procedures, and employee resource guides; and submitting and monitoring open tickets for system fixes or enhancements globally; and monitoring global workflow, functionality, and permissions. Telecommuting permissible from any location within US.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field and seven (7) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in HRIS or in the job offered or related role.Experience and/or education must include: 1.Deep domain knowledge in the SuccessFactors Employee Central module and ‘hire to retire’ process including core HR, timeoff, integrations, workflows, reporting, security (RBP), data privacy (PII,GDPR), global/local templates, Doc Gen, MDF objects, Position Management, and Onboarding;2.Systems Integrations including APi's, SFTP, standard connectors, and middleware including Boomi and CPI;3.Systems Implementation project Management including agile, waterfall and SAP activate methodologies;4.Techno/functional skills to support the execution of Digital Transformation and Systems Design leveraging industry experience and knowledge of HR business processes; and5.Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, enterprise level global projects, drive consensus, and inspire a shared vision for product development.OTHER: Job Site: 1633 Broadway, 38th Floor, New York, NY 10019.
