Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services has been a leader in Commercial Property Management, Brokerage, Leasing, and Facilities Maintenance since 1993. We are growing again and currently looking to fill the position of Commercial Property Manager. The Commercial Property Manager: • Reports directly to the Director of Property Management • Supervises the Assistant Property Manager, on-site personnel, vendors, and contractors where applicable • Maintains relationships with all tenants ensuring consistent application of property management and owner policies • Maintains relationships with other departments within the Company, including maintenance, accounting, data processing, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing Responsibilities: The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the efficient day-to-day operations of commercial properties. The basic, yet essential capabilities include, but are not limited to: • Understanding financial reporting such as Balance Sheets, Profit Loss Statements, General Ledgers, Actual to Budget Variances, etc • Understanding and preparing Annual Operating Budgets and Common Area Maintenance Reconciliations • Understanding and complying with Company policies in regard to documentation and record-keeping procedures • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner, with clients, tenants, supervisors and vendors • Ability to ensure tenant service concerns are addressed completely and in a timely manner, with follow-up • Understanding of, and having a working knowledge of, commercial lease terms, laws, rules and regulations governing the Commercial Property Management industry • Ability to stay informed of and comply with all policies and legacy of the company • Ability to create and maintain a professional relationship with clients, providing regular and routine communications Qualifications: • Five years, of confirmable experience as a Commercial Property Manager • Current Nevada Real Estate License and Property Management Permit Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly

Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 per year
