Sentara Medical Group has a full-time APP to join Sentara's
Advanced Heart Failure Clinic in Norfolk, VA . Join our dedicated Physicians and APPs as they provide a team-based collaborative approach to patient care, and are offered seamless access to the many resources available throughout the greater Sentara network for their patients. Position Highlights Include: Hybrid mix of Inpatient and Outpatient services for AHF Clinic Patient Panel of 15-17 patients a day Comprehensive Benefits and Retirement package Malpractice and Tail coverage $3,000 Annual CME allowance $5,000 Annual QPI Bonus $10,000 Student Loan Reimbursement Program Fully integrated EHR (Epic) Life in coastal Virginia provides rich and diverse recreational and cultural offerings in addition to fabulous historic sites. Job Summary Qualifications: MLD - Master's Level Degree: Nurse Practitioner (Required) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Certification - Other/National Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Nursing License - North Carolina Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP) Physician Assistant License (PA) - State License - North Carolina Medical Board (NC) Physician Assistant License (PA) - State License - Other/National Physician Assistant License (PA) - State License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP) Skills: Communication Critical Thinking Speaking Sentara Healthcare prides itself on the diversity and inclusiveness of its close to an almost 30,000-member workforce.
