This role involves managing projects from initiation through completion. This position allows for remote work (Eastern Time Zone Preferred) but requires travel to client sites as needed. What You’ll Do: Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruitment and hiring. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Direct all phases of the process for large and high-profile clients including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeouts. Develop new business growth and maintain existing business relationships. Maintain full responsibility for the financial performance of market, program, and client accounts. Identify complex project risks, lead reviews, and develop risk mitigation and backup plans. Apply deep knowledge of multiple disciplines and commercial awareness to drive financial and functional performance. Lead by example, model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, and negotiate with senior management and external parties. Conceptualize new methods, techniques, processes, and standards across job disciplines. Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems using advanced critical thinking. What You’ll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred. In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles with the ability to analyze complex business/financial data. Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Ability to handle sensitive and complicated information and convey performance expectations. Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve operational targets. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Expert organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Please note that effective January 1, 2025, CBRE Project Management and Turner & Townsend will consolidate into a single global business entity. Your initial employment may be with CBRE Project Management, followed by a transfer to the newly formed entity. Compensation:
The minimum salary for this position is $130,000.00 annually, and the maximum is $160,000.00 annually, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits including 401(K), Dental, Health, Life, and Vision Insurance. Application Window:
