Summary of Duties:
The College of Nursing's Office of Curriculum and Evaluation develops and oversees the strategies to:
• Continuously monitor business data and actively report on outcomes tied to key operational and academic functions.
• Support the delivery of a complex, integrated competency-based curriculum through the learning management system and other academic data collection systems.
• Support processes and functions related to maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
The Data Consultant 3 will contribute to the Office of Curriculum and Evaluation's mission to implement a comprehensive program evaluation strategy using a continuous quality improvement approach. Under the supervision of the Director of Curriculum and Evaluation, this position will project manage the design, development, and management of database systems used for collecting business data necessary for evaluating college performance measures, while also conducting and visualizing the statistical data analysis essential to the strategic planning and decision-making of college leadership.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree including college level course work in statistics and/or mathematics AND two (2) years of experience working as a Data Consultant 2 or equivalent; OR equivalent education/experience.
Additional Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other quantitative fields.
• Experience with Oracle, Microsoft, or open-source database development and administration.
• Strong skills in using and applying Microsoft products for data management, analysis, and visualization.
• Demonstrated ability to use technical skills to analyze, research, and report on a variety of different types of information.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with varying deadlines.
• Experience in academic organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new knowledge and skills needed to complete job duties.
• Experience with project management.
• Knowledge of: research methods, statistical theory, reasoning, techniques and procedures, sources of study information and current project theory.
