We are looking for a Korean/English speaking professional to assist with Administrative duties and global travel for HR team. Come start an exciting new opportunity. The Global Mobility Specialist provides essential administrative support to the global mobility program participants and business travelers, helping to ensure smooth transitions for employees for international assignment. This role involves coordinating tasks such as visa applications, fleet management, updating payroll data, managing invoices, and maintaining employee data. The Global Mobility Specialist will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the program and ensuring compliance with global mobility policies. Plus, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of global HR practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultural contexts.
salary: $28 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Specific Job Duties
• Provide accurate and timely data and reports to the Human Resources leaders and other stakeholders.
• Provide daily administrative support for business travelers and global mobility programs participants.
• Assist in coordinating visa applications and support the immigration process in collaboration with legal and HR teams.
• Ensure accurate submission of the assignee's payroll data, and maintain up-to-date employee records related to mobility assignments.
• Arrange international travel logistics, including corporate housing, transportation, and SIM card assignments, and registration of parking decals to ensure a smooth transition.
• Assist with managing relationships with third-party vendors, processing invoices, and maintaining consistency with the company business travel policies.
• Oversee the leased fleet by managing direct leasing processes, collaborating with dealerships, supporting vehicle maintenance and upkeep, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with company automotive policy.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for general inquiries from employees and managers regarding the company business travel policies and processes, providing guidance on basic program-related questions.
• Work closely with internal teams to support process improvements, manage workload, and assist colleagues where needed.
• Update and manage employee data relevant to mobility assignments, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping.
