Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of the team supporting various business units and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Sacramento, California (Remote)
Pay Range: $45 - $51/hr
What's the Job?
Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams to facilitate effective communication.
Gather and document business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
Produce essential business documentation such as gap analysis, issue tracking, and process flows.
Participate in strategic planning, business process innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the development of training materials and facilitate training sessions for stakeholders.
What's Needed?
7 years of experience in eliciting business and technical requirements in a structured environment.
Proven experience in producing business documentation and establishing continuous improvement of business processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and design business processes effectively.
Preferred: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance Industry.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
