WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER
The Executive Assistant provides direct administrative support to the Associate Chief Development Officer and Campaign Director, supports and serves as an active member of one divisional leadership group and may provide support to other division leaders as needed. They provide support for division events and retreats as well as committee work in partnership with the Executive Coordinator, Associate Director of Strategy & Project Management, and Associate Director, Internal Communications. They provide support to the Chief Development Officer in the absence of the Executive Coordinator. They provide back-up support for the division toll-free line.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative support tasks, which may include domestic and international travel arrangements, calendar management for individuals and groups, drafting correspondence and contracts with external consulting firms, processing expenses and invoices, and scheduling and coordinating logistics of meetings, all staff town halls, retreats, and special events. They act as an active member of, as well as provide logistics support, to the Development Management Council, Associate Chief Development Officer and Campaign Director\'s team. They use available systems and resources to maintain, track and research data, and produce and review reports. They implement processes and practices to improve effectiveness. The Assistant coordinates activities with multiple variables, setting realistic deadlines and managing the timeline. They apply established processes and practices to improve effectiveness and satisfy administrative requirements based on knowledge of policies and procedures. The Assistant communicates on behalf of the Associate Chief Development Officer and Campaign Director with staff in various programs across the Conservancy, as well as with donors, vendors, and business relations. They work closely with other staff, distributing information, sharing knowledge, and providing insights to assist staff in making decisions, solving problems, and improving workflow. They perform additional administrative support for individuals and programs and manage short-term projects as required.

Bachelor\'s degree and 2 years\' experience or equivalent combination. Experience generating reports and interpreting data. Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading. Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines. Experience working across teams and communicating with a wide range of people.

\ SALARY INFORMATION
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of \$55,000 - \$80,950 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate\'s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate\'s location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
