JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Collaborative for Reproductive Equity (CORE) is a research initiative at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health. CORE conducts and shares rigorous, policy-relevant research to support reproductive health, equity, and autonomy in Wisconsin and beyond. Our research focuses on access to contraception and abortion. We are hiring a Research Coordinator to develop and maintain systems to ensure the success of CORE\'s research portfolio, including meeting study aims and timelines. The Research Coordinator will coordinate research activities; develop policies, procedures, and institutional agreements to support research efforts; develop and implement processes and protocols to support research aims; support dissemination of research findings; monitor budgets; and promote CORE\'s work. The Research Coordinator will work with CORE staff and researchers, University of Wisconsin research support and compliance staff, and external partners to achieve research aims. Additionally, pending skills and capacity, the Research Coordinator may contribute to research design, development, conduct, and dissemination. Coordinate research activities: - Coordinate, schedule, and attend meetings with and on behalf of CORE research teams - Support development and maintenance of internal and external partnerships, including contracts and purchasing agreements. Develop research policies, procedures, and institutional agreements: - Develop and coordinate research and programmatic processes for individual CORE studies, as well as across all CORE research - Coordinate adherence with all regulatory processes as well as documentation for research teams, including all IRB submissions.
