Automation Sanitation Technician

Our client, a leader in agricultural innovation, is seeking an Automation Sanitation Technicianto join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Controlled Environments Team supporting the future of agriculture. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Automation Sanitation Technician

Location: Johnston, IA

Pay Range: $22 per hour

What's the Job?

• Execute autonomous robot activity and monitor workload throughout the day.
• Perform routine sanitation tasks including grinding bins of plant material and cleaning automated machines.
• Work safely while using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Troubleshoot and document automation issues, correcting errors within the system.
• Execute plant care tasks such as transplanting, pruning, and discarding according to a defined schedule.

What's Needed?

• Close attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating protocols.
• Good communication skills and a high degree of self-motivation.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Valid drivers license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with MS Office programs.
