Maintenance Technician - 3rd shift

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Technicianto join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational efficiency of the facility. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 3rd shift

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $32.80 per hour plus $0.80 shift differential

What's the Job?

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and set up machines, including millwright work.
• Repair and install various types of piping and replace thermocouples and gas valves.
• Perform welding tasks including arc, gas, submerged arc, brazing, and cutting.
• Conduct general building maintenance and upkeep in inclement weather.
• Operate machinery such as lathes, saws, and drill presses while maintaining a clean work area.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Four (4) years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
• Manual dexterity to operate machinery and tools effectively.
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and adhere to safety standards.
