Flux Operator 2nd Shift

Our client is seeking a Flux Operator 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Flux Operator, you will be part of the operations supporting a dynamic and dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Flux Operator

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $27.63 per hour plus $0.80 shift differential
Shift: 2nd shift

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain proficiency in all duties associated with the Flux Plant.
• Load, unload, and manage raw materials and finished goods while maintaining lift certifications.
• Utilize IT-enabled tools for efficient communication and information management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain safety standards.
• Perform inspections and maintain records as required to ensure a productive work environment.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to be fit for a respirator, which may require a clean-shaven face or minimal facial hair.
• Ability to work 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards in a high-temperature environment.
• Ability to adapt and learn various operational tasks as needed.
