2nd Shift Assembly Technician

Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a 2nd Shift Assembly Technician to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Assembly Technician, you will be part of the assembly department supporting quality production efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Assembly Technician

Location: Shawnee, OK

Pay Range: $16.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assemble parts to form complete units or subassemblies using hand tools and small power tools.
• Refer to technical drawings and written directions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Provide guidance to less experienced assemblers as needed.
• Perform visual inspections of parts for defects and adjust for proper fit.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

What's Needed?

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months of experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Basic understanding of assembly processes and tools.
• Commitment to maintaining safety standards and quality control.
