Who we are looking for:
As a Nurse Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will participate in a full range of activities around the selection of candidates.. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to requisition data management, job postings, candidate identification and selection, and job offers. Qualified candidates will need to reside in the Dallas, TX market.
You will be responsible for some or all of the following under the direction of The Manager of Talent Acquisition:
Performs recruitment activities for particular clinical, allied health or other assigned lines of business.Individual contributors focused on executing operational, functional and/or business strategy, with a
range of responsibilities in a professional discipline or specialty. The majority of time is spent on the delivery, implementation or design of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge
and skills normally acquired through advanced education.May lead and/or organize the work of other lower level professionals, or manage processes and programs. Posts jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates. Maintains current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices. Identifies internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes and conducting interviews by phone, in person or via electronic media (e.g., WebEx, Go to Meeting, etc.) Collects, processes, and maintains applicant data including, but not limited to, interviewer recommendations and assessment results. Conducts strategic recruitment activities including attending / coordinating job fairs, conferences, on-campus and other special events. Maintains memberships in / rapport with professional associations,social media groups. Maintains updated candidate status / disposition in applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with company policies as well as federal and state employment laws. Advises hiring managers and facilitates/participates in selection decision-making meetings. Develops and recommends job offer details to hiring managers. Delivers and negotiates job offers or rejections to candidates. Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
• 5-8 years of Healthcare Recruiting experience.
- ATS Experience required,Taleo is a plus.
- Requires theoretical knowledge, often gained through a combination of experience and/or advanced education, typically college / university degree Bachelor’s.
• Prefer experience to include three (3) years of leading or providing significant input on project team
initiatives with significant organization/HR impact.
- Nurse Recruitment experience is required!
Special Qualifications:
Requires a broad range of experience with Talent Acquisition multiple skill sets and job functions. • Requires familiarity with applicant tracking systems• Must be self-motivated and a self-starter who works well under pressure. • Must be highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions. • Requires superb communications skills, both verbal and written. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships. •Technologically savvy, including proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working Environment:
• Works in an office environment
• Typical work hours can vary depending on workload and hiring deliverables.
• Some travel may be required.
