Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $37,500 - $43,500 per year

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Customer Service representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our customer engagement by accurately entering and managing data while providing exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will involve processing customer information and inquiries through our database systems, ensuring that all data is captured carefully and updated in real time.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input customer information and data into our database systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve product and service delivery.
  • Assist in training new staff on data entry best practices and customer service technique.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high service standards.
