Location: Chicago, IL (On-site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline support for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. As a key ambassador for our brand, you will handle a variety of customer interactions through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions in our database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and product exchanges as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
