Inside Sales Director Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic inside sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive customer acquisition
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing inside sales team, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide coaching to enhance results
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales processes
- Oversee the development of sales training programs to improve team skills and effectiveness
- Drive the adoption of sales technologies (e.g., CRM systems) to improve efficiency and performance tracking
Inside Sales Director Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience within finished lubricants or related industries is preferred
- Proven track record of 5+ years in sales, including 3+ years in an inside sales leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing sales teams and design and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
