We are a client centered and profitable company looking to build long-term relationships with our customers, employees and suppliers. Our key to success is empowering our employees to add value and provide timely and creative solutions to exceed our customers expectations. Due to current and future growth opportunities, we are looking to expand our Team. We are currently interviewing for the position of Inside Sales Account Manager.

Position Summary: This is a dynamic position suited for an individual that is has developed skillsets in both the area of sales and Client Relationship Management. Responsibilities include managing and growing an existing portfolio of clientele along while working in coordination with the Senior Portfolio Manager. Activities will include

Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial quote/research to closing the transaction, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, fostering trust and loyalty.

Communication and Negotiation: Effectively communicate with customers through various mediums, including phone, email and online platforms, to address their needs and negotiate favorable deals.

CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track sales progress, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Compensation: $60,000- $70,000 Salary + Commission

Benefits: Paid Vacation (PTO plan) that escalates each year (year 1-5), Company matching IRA, Medical/vision Contribution plan

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 3+ years of Sales and Account Management required.
  • Demonstrate an ability to be imaginative, to think creatively (outside the box).
  • Must be a true team player; personable, professional, flexible, with a high level of integrity.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time through multi-tasking and managing several projects at once.
  • Must be flexible and work well under pressure and easily adapt to change.
  • Ability to keep composure in high stress situations.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail that will impact profitability.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the sales process and familiarity with product pricing.
