Summary :
The Organizational Development (OD) Director for the North Region plays a key role in improving organizational effectiveness by developing strategies and programs to enhance team and organizational performance for the north region in collaboration with the south region.
This position leads and manages OD initiatives, focusing on the implementation of people and organizational strategies and measuring the impact of those strategies for the ongoing optimization of organizational development tactics. Critical areas of focus for the OD Director include developing and executing leadership development and coaching programs, working with teams to enhance engagement and team effectiveness, change leadership, and implementing innovative talent management practices.

Key Accountabilities:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement within the north region.
- Collaborating with various departments within the north region to measure engagement and increase team effectiveness.
- Analyzing data and metrics to measure the impact of organizational initiatives.
- Designing and delivering leadership development programs to enhance leader's skills and performance
- Leading people change initiatives to assist in driving organizational desired outcomes.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to track progress towards organizational effectiveness goals.
- Providing advice and guidance on best practices for organizational effectiveness.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive alignment and collaboration.
- Staying current on industry trends and developments related to organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and lead leadership development strategies, incorporating project and communication plans.
- Implement long-term mechanisms to reinforce and celebrate organizational achievements aligned with strategic goals.
- Lead teams in enhancing engagement surveys, data analysis, and communicating insights effectively.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs, providing strategic recommendations to boost team engagement and performance.
- Implement key programs and projects strategically to achieve impactful and sustainable results.
- Design and implement performance metrics, analyze engagement outcomes, and present strategic insights.
- Create and manage systems for evaluating leadership development strategies, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
- Advise leaders and executives, facilitating the development of necessary capabilities and skills for strategic success.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to develop leadership talent, focusing on high-potential individuals, and guiding their career growth.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, applying change management theories and practices for smooth transitions and high adoption rates.
- Act as a change agent, aligning organizational culture with evolving business strategies and market demands.
- Oversee talent management initiatives, focusing on innovative approaches for talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning.
- Implement practices in leadership and employee development that align with future organizational needs and industry trends.
- Master's degree in business, Human Performance, Organization Development, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading programs and initiatives, with progressively increasing responsibilities
- Track record of collaborating successfully with all levels of the organization from the front line to executives
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance

- Climate controlled office setting with daily movement throughout the facility
