Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth office functionality. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.




Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and ensure the workspace remains organized and professional.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders, manage calls and emails, and relay messages promptly.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and conferences.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
