We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Recruiter Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts. This role will involve a variety of tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Key responsibilities include:

• Onboarding: Coordinating and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and necessary steps are completed in a timely manner.
• Candidate Coordination: Acting as a liaison between candidates and the hiring team, ensuring seamless communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Scheduling: Managing and coordinating interview schedules for hiring managers and candidates, ensuring all parties are aligned.
• Resume Sourcing: Assisting in sourcing and screening resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Multi-tasking: Juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
