Great opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager who wants to join a growing commercial construction company with projects throughout the tri-state area.

Our client is a leader in the commercial construction industry serving commercial markets for over 30 years. With services that include Construction Management, General Contracting, and Design Build.
Description
Establishes project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications.
Work with supers and foremen to discuss such matters as work procedures and construction issues
Prepare look ahead schedules for all trades
Monitor all schedules and budgets for project
Represents company in all project meetings, attends strategy meetings and conducts weekly trade coordination meetings
Works with project team to manage financial aspects of contract
Profile
6+ year's project management experience in general contracting industry
Capable of working with tight deadlines and excellent time management skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Proficiency with computers: Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Projects is preferred and Procore is a plus
