We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects ranging from $10M to $30M. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general contracting, project management, and a proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects from inception to completion. Client Details Our client is a well established General Contractor in Miami-Dade County that focuses on Commercial Construction (Ground up and Renovation) including, healthcare, light industrial and historical renovations. Description Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership:

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion. Budget Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all financial objectives are met and costs are controlled. Scheduling:

Create, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and overall project delivery. Team Collaboration:

Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and resolve issues. Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the construction process. Client Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing regular project updates. Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets. Reporting:

Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, detailing progress, challenges, and solutions. Mentorship:

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and team members.
