Oxford Solutions is working with a client in Pittsburgh, PA seeking a
Senior Product Owner
to lead the development and management of innovative data analytics products within the healthcare industry. In this role, you will work closely with Agile development teams to design and deliver impactful products and features that address key industry challenges. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in Agile methodologies, product management, and software development, as well as an understanding of healthcare data analytics.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Product Owner for one or more data analytics products, representing the vision and priorities of stakeholders. Manage the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and beyond. Act as the primary interface between product managers and development teams. Actively participate in Agile events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Create and maintain comprehensive product manuals and documentation. Effectively communicate technical and business requirements to cross-functional teams. Collaborate with software development teams to ensure alignment with product goals. Drive the creation of web and mobile applications (Android and iOS) with a focus on healthcare data analytics. Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize and refine product backlogs based on business needs and user feedback. Translate high-level business goals into actionable features and requirements. Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business, or a technology-related field. 5+ years of software product management experience 2+ years of experience in IT project management. 2+ years of software development experience. Excellent communication and documentation skills to convey technical and business requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands. Proven ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Product Owner Scrum Certification (Scrum.org or Scrum Inc.) or Scrum Master Certification. Strong understanding of software design patterns and architecture paradigms. Experience with Agile-Scrum development methodologies and best practices. Expertise in managing/creating web and mobile app products (Android and iOS).
