The Influencer Marketing Manager drives strategies to increase brand visibility and growth through influencer partnerships. This role involves identifying, recruiting, and maintaining relationships with influencers and KOLs aligned with the brand's values. The Manager oversees campaign management, including content creation, contracts, and performance analysis, ensuring collaboration across teams to meet marketing goals and build customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:



Influencer Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with brand values. •

Campaign Execution:

Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and content alignment with brand messaging. Communicate with influencers and agencies to resolve issues. •

Brand Expertise:

Stay informed about product offerings and social media trends; demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. •

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute influencer strategies, create campaign briefs, and identify new opportunities for brand visibility. •

Analytics & Reporting:

Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights to optimize strategies. •

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing objectives and support business development. •

Event Support:

Coordinate influencer participation in events, manage content creation, and measure event ROI. •

Budget Management:

Manage influencer budgets, evaluate cost-effectiveness, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Skills & Experience:



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, or related field with 3+ years of influencer marketing experience. •

Competencies:

Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, negotiation skills, and analytical ability. •

Personal Attributes:

Creative, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with tools like Google Suite, Brandwatch, and Meltwater is a plus.
