With multiple offices in the region, they primarily focus on projects between Northern VA and Richmond. Their specialty lies in multifamily construction, with most projects valued between $30M and $100M, although they have completed projects exceeding $200M. Consistently growing in both headcount and revenue each year, they are now seeking to expand their team by hiring an Assistant Project Manager. Description The Jr. Project Manager - High Value Construction Projects - NoVA will be responsible for: Managing subcontractor, supplier, and vendor coordination Ensuring accurate project documentation Tracking project progress Participating in project meetings Handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders Reporting to the Project Manager

Profile The Jr. Project Manager - High Value Construction Projects - NoVA will have: 1-3 years of experience in construction Experience in base building Multifamily experience preferred Degree in a construction-related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong time management and organizational abilities
