Description As an Project Manager, you'll play a key role in project delivery and team success by:
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight : Manage all phases of multifamily and commercial restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client standards. Budget Management : Create, monitor, and maintain project budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings. Scheduling : Develop and oversee project schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely completion. Team Leadership : Lead and collaborate with project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house staff. Client Relations : Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Quality Control : Monitor construction progress and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project records, reports, and updates for internal and client use. Profile The successful Project Manager - Restoration Construction - Charlotte should have the following qualifications: Experience : 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on multifamily and/or commercial construction or
restoration
