A high-end gift store located in Beverly Hills is looking for an Administrative Assistant to start immediately. You will be responsible for elevating the customer experience by ensuring pristine presentation of our client's luxury products through meticulous gift wrapping and packaging! You will also be responsible for packing customer orders and preparing the orders for shipping, assisting with inventory counts, organizing stock, and special projects to assist with the day-to-day operation of the office. Robert Half is looking for a candidate with a keen eye for detail and consistency to ensure each gift package is visually stunning. Additional duties will include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and to hold the highest standards of quality and presentation for each package. Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service skills are required. 


This position will start immediately. Hours are 10am-6pm with a 30-minute lunch and parking is covered. If this role goes permanent, pay is up to $22/hr plus benefits. Our client offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced luxury retail environment that offers room for growth! You must be available to work Monday-Saturday.

• Possess skills in using Conveyancer software for managing real estate transactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas
• Demonstrated ability in Calendar Management, proficient in scheduling and coordinating meetings and events
• Strong Client Relations skills, with an ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Basic Office Skills, including filing, photocopying, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
