Job Summary: MCI Foods is seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Administrator for a temp-to-hire position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience with order processing and customer service. This position supports both the sales and production teams by ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently, customer inquiries are addressed, and production needs are communicated clearly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Customer Communication:
oRespond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
oAnswer questions about company products and services, and assist with customer complaints by creating necessary paperwork and notifying the Quality Control (QC) Team.
•Order Processing:
oProcess orders from start to finish, ensuring all details are accurate and confirmed.
oIdentify new orders and revised orders, reviewing work for accuracy before finalizing.
oVerify pricing for each purchase order (PO) according to the current pricelist and confirm orders via email.
oCheck inventory to locate requested products, release orders to the warehouse, and palletize orders appropriately.
oUtilize the EDI system for order transfers and confirmations.
•Inventory and Stock Management:
oTrack stock levels, updating the production manager and team when items are low.
oMonitor purchasing patterns for Dot Foods items, informing the production team of stocking requirements.
•Freight Coordination:
oSend outbound freight quotes to carriers, create load tenders in the freight system, and manage inbound and outbound fAdministrative Assistance, Answering Multi-Line Phone System, Concierge Services, Customer Service, Data Entry, Interpersonal Skills, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Organizing Files
