Micro Tech Staffing - Charlotte is hiring: QC Assistant $19/HR in Monroe

Shift- 5am-4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in inspecting raw materials, extruded products, and finished goods for adherence to company and industry quality standards.
Conduct routine tests (e.g., dimensional, mechanical, and visual) on extrusion products to ensure consistency and quality.
Monitor and record key performance indicators (KPIs) for product quality, including tolerances, strength, flexibility, and surface finish.
Assist in calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment and testing tools.
Work with production teams to identify and troubleshoot quality issues, ensuring immediate corrective actions are taken.
Review production batches and ensure compliance with product specifications.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of quality checks, test results, and non-conformance reports.
Support the QC Manager in performing audits of processes and products to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of quality-tested products.
Assist in conducting product samples and documentation for customer specifications.
Participate in root cause analysis for any deviations and contribute to the development of corrective actions and preventive measures.
