We are in the process of recruiting an Accounting Clerk to be part of our team in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management sector, based in Auburn, California. The role involves managing and processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer queries. This opportunity offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities
• Accurately code and post financial data related to accounts payable expenses and accounts receivable income.
• Enter and manage billing data using Excel.
• Reconcile various accounts and coordinate with the accounting manager on Excel-based projects.
• Ensure the accuracy of all financial data.
• Utilize software like Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP for efficient management of accounts.
• Leverage Microsoft Excel skills to work on complex Excel Formulas.
• Ensure smooth data entry and invoice processing operations.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts and take necessary actions.• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required for this role
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes is essential
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) operations is necessary
• Capability to handle Billing tasks effectively is a must
• Proficient in Data Entry operations to ensure accurate record-keeping
• Experience in Invoice Processing to ensure timely payments
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use complex Excel Formulas
• Knowledge of Oracle for efficient database management
• Experience with QuickBooks for financial management and bookkeeping
• Familiarity with SAP for integrated business solutions is beneficial.
