Robert Half is hiring: Accounting/Finance Manager in Torrance

We are in search of an Accounting/Finance Manager to join our organization based in Torrance, California. The role involves the management of accounting functions, utilization of various accounting software systems, and engagement with financial services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including but not limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Auditing
• Utilize accounting software systems such as BlackLine and Concur for efficient financial management
• Collaborate with ADP - Financial Services for improved financial operations
• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for streamlined business processes
• Supervise and manage billing functions to ensure accurate and timely billing of customers
• Oversee the preparation and evaluation of annual revenue reports
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive financial records
• Resolve any financial discrepancies and address customer inquiries related to finance
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.• Possess proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Proficiency in BlackLine is a must
• Expertise in Concur is desirable
• Must be well-versed with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions effectively
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) management
• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in Auditing is mandatory
• Capable of handling all Billing Functions
• Experience in managing Annual Revenue is required
