We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Reporting Manager located in Houston Texas, 77030. • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of internal financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS).
• Manage the closing process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Establish and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data and safeguard company assets.
• Provide detailed financial reports and analysis to support management's decision-making and operational strategy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during financial audits, preparing schedules and addressing auditor inquiries.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to align financial reporting with budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with all financial reporting requirements specific to private companies, such as tax reporting and lender reporting.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, ensuring consistent performance and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee cash flow reporting to provide visibility into the company’s liquidity and financial health.

• CPA
• 7+ years of relevant accounting experience w/ prior management experience in health care
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting, preferred.
• Workday or PeopleSoft experience
