• Show expertise in software like Outlook, Excel, and other web-based programs.
• Display adeptness in scheduling appointments and entering orders.
• Exhibit skills in answering inbound and outbound calls.
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain accurate customer records.
• Show proficiency in processing customer credit applications.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette without matching the tone of the customer.
• Show ability in data entry and email correspondence.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls efficiently
• Proven experience in a call center customer service role
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively
• High-speed data entry skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in order entry and processing tasks
• Ability to schedule appointments accurately and timely
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
