Responsibilities:

• Ensure all customer interactions are logged and records are kept up-to-date
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and order entry tasks
• Maintain a high level of service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Schedule appointments as necessary, displaying effective time management skills
• Display proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Showcase your skills in Call Center Customer Service
• Resolve any customer-related issues in a timely and efficient manner• Must possess the ability to handle and answer inbound calls effectively.
• Previous experience in a call center customer service role is crucial.
• Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve queries and issues.
