We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Chesterfield, Virginia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate record keeping. This role is based in a dynamic call center environment and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service.
• Actively listen to customer concerns and provide solutions with grace and integrity.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies and ensure confidentiality of customer records and information.
• Accurately process complex transactions and conduct extensive research to resolve intricate customer inquiries.
• Effectively interact with both internal and external partners and clients.
• Utilize various computer systems and applications, along with search tools to find information.
• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Undertake data entry tasks and order entry responsibilities.
• Schedule appointments and manage email correspondence with customers.
• Utilize customer service tools such as Zendesk to efficiently manage customer interactions.• Proficiency in answering inbound calls with a customer-focused attitude
• Experience in a call center customer service environment
• Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong skills in data entry with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Capable of managing detail oriented email correspondence
• Expertise in handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• Experience in order entry and processing
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, balancing customer needs and company resources
• Knowledge of Zendesk or similar customer service software
