The Robert Half Healthcare Practice is working with a local healthcare company in the Greenwood area to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. This is a fully onsite position. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and one who is able to work well with other departments.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am -5pm
Responsibilities for the position include the following:
- Manage Purchase Orders (POs): Ensure timely and accurate processing and management of customer purchase orders.
- Customer Communication: Maintain daily communication with customers regarding PO status, including proactive follow-up and managing deadlines.
- Process Improvement: Actively participate in and adhere to Daily Leader Standard Work to streamline processes and enhance efficiency for each customer.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues across Avalign sites, the commercial team, and other relevant departments to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service, order fulfillment, and overall department goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to actively listen and clearly articulate information.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues, whether over the phone, email, or chat.
- Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help customers and build positive relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email, chat, and relevant CRM/ticketing systems.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
