Job Requirements New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Health Unit experience - Required Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients - Required Recent travel experience Experience with de-escalation of agitated patients Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle - firm requirement Clinician MUST be reliable No attendance concerns, call outs, etc. Work History Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS and CPI) Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Schedule Information Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
