ADJUNCT - AIR CONDITIONING APPLIED TECHNOLOGY (ADJUNCT POOL)

The purpose of this position is to teach assigned courses in a variety of times and locations in response to institutional need, and maintain appropriate professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community. Courses may include online courses and/or dual-credit/early college classes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Air Conditioning or related Air Conditioning fields and Five (5) years related work experience.
• Ten (10) years of related work experience and agree to an action plan to complete an Associate’s degree within 36 months of employment.

Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Demonstrate skill, knowledge, and abilities in the fields of Air Conditioning Applied Technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in teaching.

Job Duties:

• Make continuous efforts to advance the quality of instruction.
• Develop and use a variety of teaching methods and materials to assist students who have differing educational and experiential backgrounds in meeting the course outcomes.
