Positions range from permanent clinical float roles (Full time or Part Time) to Seasonal 13-week assignments with significantly higher base pay. Responsibilities:

1. Guide patients through the visit process by screening patients for eligibility.
2. Prepare patient information for clinical staff.
3. Answer patient questions.
4. Provide high-level administrative support to the patient access team.
5. Complete patient medical insurance eligibility.
6. Process benefits and referral authorizations for patients.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

High School Diploma or G.E.D. – Required.

At least one year of customer service experience - Required.

Scheduled Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
