Positions range from permanent clinical float roles (Full time or Part Time) to Seasonal 13-week assignments with significantly higher base pay. Patient Access Specialists are responsible for guiding patients through the visit process by screening patients for eligibility, preparing patient information for clinical staff, and answering patient questions. The role provides high-level administrative support to the patient access team, including completion of patient medical insurance eligibility, processing benefits, and referral authorizations for patients.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

1. High School Diploma or G.E.D. – Required.
2. At least one year of customer service experience - Required.
